A lot of guys guarding nobody defensively.  Not sure how players get so lost that they're guarding air.  Or 2 (and sometimes 3) guys guarding 1 offensive player.

Weird rotations today. Gotta imagine Wojo is trying to get everyone some run. Heldt and Sacar both in before the 15 minute mark.

Luke has 2 fouls already, that'll put a kink in the works and get Heldt some playtime.

Lots of fouls. Mediocre free throw shooting from people not named Sandy. Forcing a few too many shots. We're just playing sloppy at the moment.

If this is how college basketball is going to be called in the future, just go to free throw shooting contests around the country and recruit the winners of them.

Probably the 3-13 on 3s that he's concerned about.  But if we can make it 5-15, then 33% would look ok :)

0 PF for Henry? Is that correct? Seeing that almost everyone else that has played has like 3 fouls because of the new rules, I'm slightly amazed by that stat.

Since there is no basketball-related "thoughts" thread yet, I will put this here.

Very excited to see Wally confirm that he is a legitimate player, much to the chagrin of the Badger folks who claim we used up two schollies on Henry.

You don't have to be familiar with his track and field exploits to see that he has mad hops.  Even at "only" 6'6", he barely has to bend his knees to jump up for the dunk.

Not so sure on that. He missed two threes by a yard. He'll dunk and play defense, but if MU is counting on him for major minutes, it's not a good thing.

I would happily give two schollies for most (if not all) top-10 recruits.

It's still too soon to know if Wally can really contribute at this level. We'll know a lot more after we get home from Brooklyn.
