I pick Louisville. They're the only real BEast team left.
Are you f***ing kidding me? I'm not rooting for that team, EVER. Pick another one.
Completely agree. Would love to see UL - UK in FF. Although , i kind of like Xavier's chances against Baylor tonight too.
Second vote for Louisville. They're a rival, but I like how they play and they've been a good ally in the conference shuffling, especially with how vocal Pitino has been.
1) Xavier
2) Anyone playing Kentucky.
mmm... not really will watch the tourney with little interest...it's spring!!
Of course, if hell freezes over in the next few hours, there is always I4!
Teams I don't want...Syracuse are traitors, not an ACC fan so no UNC or NCST, dislike UK and Baylor because they seem dirty, Xavier are punks, Indiana is Indiana, don't like the Big 10, so no tOSU...that leaves Louisville, Ohio, and Kansas.
Sounds good...
Siva turns the ball over too much and is a terrible shooter! Anyone who says he'll play in the NBA is an idiot!
Dieng and Behanan needs to learn to make their FTs if L'ville wants to be a respectable team.
Hey, Kyle Kuric! If all you're going to do is stand around shooting 3s, would it kill you to make one every once in a while?
The next good shot that Russ Smith takes will be his first.
Pitino needs to spend less time chasing restaurant tail and actually start coaching this team!
The L'ville student section blows!
How'd I do?

I like and totally agree with the process of elimination thought pattern. I'll take Syracuse over tOSU first. Louisville vs. Kansas or Ohio in the final?

OP was just short of asking us to root for ND, for f*** sake. SHEESH.
I'll be moving on to the Brewers this weekend...
I'm rolling with Syracuse. GO CUSE!
Indiana
Minnesota. NIT Semis.
Ski U Mah.
Why not Xavier? Jesuit, consistently puts out good teams but are consistently underrated (sound like another team we know?). They play so hard they zip 'em up. Zip 'em up X!

I'll definitely be rooting for X and L'Ville.
It's hard not to like Siva's game :)
I'd choose UL if forced to, but I'm with Crusher. This tournament is dead to me; time for baseball.

I agree with Lab....aint rootin' for tricky ricky
I'm in for Louisville.
X, as a fellow Jesuit school, and Louisville, as a fellow Conference USAer now in the Big East-er. Besides, I've had nice some nice conversations with some of their fans that make the trip to Milwaukee, several of them posted nice things when Dominic James went down late in the year, and Pitino, for all his seamy personal life, has been very vocal in support of the Big East.
Yep, already in for Louisville. They're a rival, but a good rival. Not a UW or ND rival. Plus them winning gets money for the BE.
I'm on the L'ville bandwagon. Go Cards. As others have said, Pitino's been a great Big East ally.

Why not? Because I see them as thugs and villains, much in the mold of the old Huggins teams at Cincy. I have very little respect for Holloway, Lyons, or Frease, and if I can't cheer for those three, who else is left?
Maybe that's the nature of CBB, maybe everyone is like that, but everyone is definitely not so blatant about it. I respect the school and tradition, but not the guys they currently have on the court.

+1
I would root for Xavier most any other year. But Halloway's actions on that day, especially in the presser afterwards were shameful. I'm not rooting for him or his team.
Yikes, rooting for Louisville is a scary thought. Think I'll take a pass on that one...
With MU out, I'll "root" for UNC because I have them winnning it in my bracket and I enjoy watching them play. I won't get too vested in any team though, just wanna see some good bball.
Hoosiers for me. Why? It's Indiana, it's Indiana.

It makes me mad. I used to always pull for MU, X, SLU and any other Jesuit school as a kid growing up. But I can't root for this year's Xavier team.
Baylor. It's a fact that bears are Godless killing machines.

The more games Florida wins, the more it will shut up the UW-Madison loser fans who are spouting off that we were embarrassed last night by an inferior opponent. So for that I am rooting for Florida. God, I hate Badger fans.
Otherwise, I will take consolation in the fact that Syracuse and Louisville can earn us some more splittable Big East money for each win.
Starting this morning, I've adopted the 2012-2013 Marquette University men's basketball team as I think they will need a nurturing and loving environment to develop.

Was he wrong? I honestly think MU is a better team than Florida even after yesterday. Played like crap and lost to a worse team. It happens. Bucky fans certainly know how that goes.
Everyone rooting for Louisville is banned.
That is all.
Ohio. I like Groce. If Buzz were to go, he would be on my short list.
In a weird way, Kentucky. Only because it would get Coach Cal out of college basketball and back into the NBA. Buzz to Kentucky? :o
Crean to Kentucky?
Baylor (I don't think either team has played recently, plus no bad blood with anything)
Anyone but Ohio State or Indiana, cause i don't want badger fans getting any moral victories.
I cannot cheer for anything Scott Drew is involved with. Dirty coach in my opinion.
Let's go Crean!
Is it bad if I want them or UL to win?
Got luh for Crean because of what he did for MU, and UL because Pittino is such an advocate for the BE.
This is tough. My gut instinct is X, but I was not happy with Holloway's actions either. My anti-gut instinct is L-Ville, but when I think about how Pitino has defended the BEast; how none of their players have demonstrated any A-Hole qualities so far; and I kind of like Dieng so that would be my choice.*
*reserve right to change my mind.

This is about how I feel.
I hate Rick, but I love watching that team. Siva is amazing, Kuric can shoot the lights out, Behannon (sp?) is a solid force inside, and Dieng is a monster that I wish we had on our team.
Basketball is dead to me for a few months. When is Marquette Madness?
I'll take Louisville as well. I have always like Pitino "the coach" (not necessarily the person) since I was a kid. Was devastated by Leitner's buzzer beater.
Basketball is pretty much dead to me, too, but if forced to make a choice I'd have to say Florida. If they're going to take us out of the tournament, they better make it worth something.
Absolutely no B1?. Can't support Coach Cal. Baylor just seems dirty to me (disclaimer: no basis for that whatsoever). Not Boeheim.
I like Bill Self, plus Tyshawn hasn't gotten in any fights with football players lately. And I like Roy Williams. So UNC/Kansas
Baylor. We 3 seeds need to stick together........................... ?
Kansas

You beat me to it.....was thinking the same thing.
Let's go NIT instead, how about Washington?
NIT? Washington? Was that supposed to be in teal? Why on earth would we root for Washington?
No ACC teams for me. Certainly not NC.
How about Baylor. They could use some love.
