Wtf is with all the irrelevant poetry? It's pretty annoying.
I'm hoping we can get all of warthog driver's haiku's captured in one spot. That way we can have a nice little poetry read in to chronicle this whole debacle.
that or maybe he's just snapped.
Ahoya, you aren't looking at them closely. They are actually very good responses to some of the other posts in all of these threads. Plus, it lightens the feeling of gut rot i've had the past day reading them. ;D
Is this the same guy who was posting after we lost Shumpert to Georgia Tech as an Indian with words of wisdom?

I couldn't agree more. With the season spiraling into a black hole of despair and 8 days of finals looming, I appreciate the attempt to lighten things up.

That may be the first post on this board that made me laugh out loud in some time

When I first read the title of this topic I was thinking you were saying there's an MU coffee shop named MU Scoop.. then I thought that that'd be a pretty cool name for an MU coffee shop.. wow.. looks like we might have to trademark this name or something! LOL
you didn't know that warthog went to the Harvard School of Haiku and Advanced Poetry? :P

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA fantastic stuff
He is doing a great job. One of the first times that poetry has actually said more to me and revealed more than standard writing. God job, keep it up. It conveys info and context very well.

Exactly, if it was just random haikus I'd be annoyed by now, but they are on topic and have me laughing

Wow, blast from the past. I can't even remember the last time I had high life lite. Or MGD lite, for that matter. Which is what I had at my 21st birthday party before the bars. Is that stuff even sold anywhere but Milwaukee grocery stores?

My last two supervisors were warthog drivers...all crazy. :D
Sayanora, haikus... :'( This board is absolutely goofy at times. Take it off-line and e-mail each other it that makes you happy.

I guess they were ruggedly handsome, sophisticated, articulate men of distinction with an erudition typical of barrel chested freedom fighters sworn to defend the free world?

Yep, but leaning more toward irreverent, cigar-chomping, single malt drinking, hard chargers.
Current supervisor, former F-16 driver...faster pace and more consistent, but sadly, won't offer you scotch in a dirty coffee cup during performance review time.

Nothing like a Cohiba and a dram of Islay to take the edge of a hairy hop. Watch out for the Eagle puke - those guys move fast but they need a 50,000' buffer in order to do it. I like the feeling of speed you get flying 50' off the deck. The other thing is you can hear the bad guys scream in terror when you're that low!
