According to this article (http://www.usabasketball.com/news.php?news_page=09_mwug_game_03) we play the loser of the Bulgaria v Latvia game (the 1 seed from our group plays the 2 seed from Group L) because we're advancing as group I's number 1 seed.
But according to the schedule from the same website (http://www.usabasketball.com/men_team.php?page=mwug_schedule) it's not quite as clear who we play and when. I suppose we'll see soon enough.

It's not really set-up as Quarters, Semis, and Finals - therefore, we are not playing another Quarterfinal Winner. USA and Serbia will move on from their group (USA as a #1 and Serbia as a #2). We will be playing the #2 from the other group in the Semis - the loser of the Latvia/Bulgaria game (the winner will get the #1 from that group and play Serbia.
If U.S. and Serbia both win - we play again in the Finals and the losers of the semis would play each other in the 3rd place game (assuming there is one).

Per the schedule page (http://www.usabasketball.com/men_team.php?page=mwug_schedule), the quarterfinals don't start until Thursday. It looks like the first and second rounds were soccer-style groups to determine which 16 teams will be competing for the championship, and starting with the quarters it's more similar to the non-conference college tournaments where each loss sends you into a lower half of the bracket and you'd be playing for a lower final place.
Second Round
The top two finishing teams from each pool advance to play for 1st-16th place.
The third and fourth place teams will compete for 17th -25th places.
NOTE: Results from first round games against advancing teams carry over to the second round.

I assure you, I only practice safe web surfing.
Seriously though, my (usually reliable) virus scanner didn't see any problems with IE or Firefox. It's USA basketball's official site, and while it's possible there's a problem, I've been to the link several times without any virus warnings popping up.

I use AVG and it also set off the alarm. It wouldn't surprise me if it is some Serb sore-loser hacker who is upset we beat them in basketball and bombed the crap out of their country a few years ago.

I could be mistaken but the game starts at 8:00 P.M. Serbian time. It's only 8:30 right now, so it won't be finished up until about 3:00-4:00 or something like that.
