For the record, I know we won't be in the top 10 in tomorrow's poll and I didn't say differently.

I'm saying if we take care of business with a decisive 2-0 week, and if there are the usual number of upsets in other games, we have a great chance of being back in the top 10 the following week.

Not a great week for Murray’s poll last week. Had Baylor at #4 (0-2), Memphis at #5 (0-2) and Grand Canyon at #18 who lost to Seattle Saturday. Grand Canyon has only played a single high major all season (NET #61 South Carolina) which they lost to.

Agree. Not sure I'd put Illinois - with a worse resume than ours and a home loss to Marquette - ahead of us, but there are always some nits to pick.

14's fine, and puts us in position to at least knock on the top 10 again if our heroes take care of business.

Agreed, I just saw Poor Things this weekend and that was my main takeaway from the movie: That there is no shame in making your way through the world any way you can and that Dayton must never enter the Big East.
