and the fact that an overwhelming percentage of Iranian men are under 30. Something in 60% range. This is due to the war with Iraq. Revolution was coming one way or another. Christ, this was covered over 8 years ago in my International Politics and Foreign Policy classes.
But I like to throw handfuls...

Well apparently the good folks at the Jeruslaem Post and PakTribune are still talking about it.....and living it on a daily basis.  Terror knows those areas for sure.

unfortunately, I remember it all too well.  The interesting thing is that, although he had lower approval ratings, carter never suffered the blatant derision that the lefties heap on the president every day!  he never would have been elected but for the anti-nixon backlash, and proved to the world that he never should have been elected.  we are all suffering his legacy now.
