+During the 2011-12 season, Hayward was assigned to the Thunder's NBADL affiliate, Tulsa 66ers, where he was briefly teamed with fellow Marquette alum, [[Dwight Buycks]]. (Unfortunately, Buycks was sidelined with an ankle injury at the time.) For the three days he was assigned to Tulsa, Hayward saw action in two games averaging 36.0 mpg, 28.0 ppg, and 7.0 rpg.
