where is Chris Grimm when you need him?? Never has a matchup more called for Grimm's toughness and physical defense then this one. Sometimes you don't appreciate what you have until it's gone.  :'(

Did I just really say I miss Grimm?? :o

I forget what year it was (maybe '02-'03), but we played Arizona at home, and the Reaper kept us in that game with defense. As soon as he fouled out (on a bogus call, as I remember), Zona pulled away. A Chris Grimm would be great for this team.

Bob Knight thinks our difference is better than Stanfords difference.

We were one of his upset specials last night, although he said it wouldn't really be an upset.

He also picked Pitt to win it all so....

Comparing Stanford vs. Wisconsin
« Reply #28 on: March 22, 2008, 08:52:53 AM »
One thing that people are forgetting about the Wisconsin game is that after our dribble penetration we dished it to big guys.  I think our big guys will be a real key in this game.  If they can handle the pass and finish we will be okay.

If Blackledge (who will get more minutes this game), Burke, and Barro don't fumble pass and get a good angle to the basket, we will do pretty well offensively even without shooting a lot of threes.

Defensively, that is a whole other matter.  Should be interesting.
