For the player's sake, I'd avoid the hype. Hamilton seems to be a great team guy, just maybe not even a D1 talent. He doesn't deserve what he got.

Speaking about players Shaka "hyped" before most Scoopers knew how good they were, he was dead-on about Morsell, Oso, Kolek, Kam, OMax and Stevie, and pretty darn close with Jop and role-player Ross (as opposed to main-man Ross).

Agree with this 100%. That 3rd game at Michigan will tell us a ton. I am not expecting a win, but if we play competitively and keep it within 5-7 point loss, I will be pretty happy. We come out and get blown out, well...

If Michigan beats us a by a significant margin in the 3rd game of the season on the road, I don't think it means much of anything in terms of how the season may go.

This seems pretty harsh Willie.  I get that you're upset, we all are about last year.  It was absolutely putrid/inexcusable.  That said, I feel that Shaka deserves a Mulligan.  We all make mistakes and have catastrophic fk-ups.  It's about how we respond THIS SEASON.  It's easy to forget Shaka got us back to back #2 seeds which is no easy task. Give the man a chance to redeem himself and our program.  If it turns into another s-show this year?  Yes, attack the state of the program relentlessly.  It would be justified 100%.  I hope and believe we will get back on track this year.
