Students.  Athletes.  Canadian basketball players.  Proud competitors.   Sure, it may be like playing against DII/DIII squads.  So?   An opportunity for team building on and off the floor.

Marquette is so painfully bad at this. Which is nuts after how well they managed the 2015 tour. It's definitely a choice to not want to engage the most invested fans after arguably the worst season in 60 years.

Yeah, I am refreshing browser - it appears they are not going to stream it. Even the Calgary website shows Cincinnati vs Calgary on Flosports next week but shows just live stats for Marquette.

Not pissed, just exhausted with all of it. I can't imagine another high major program doing so much to do less fan service.

They cut events, cheap out on amenities, produce the worst possible coach's radio show, cut fan giveaways, restrict access to fans and media, and expect some sort of abject loyalty while jacking prices amongst all this.

And when you have the first 20* loss season since 1964, the choice is to shut fans out even further? Do they even want their fans to support the program? They sure aren't doing anything to indicate they are.

They weren't even going to be the ones streaming it. The only reason it would be taken down is because Marquette so desperately doesn't want anyone to see it that they forced the Canadian school to cancel their stream. It's just so damned petty.
