So the non-con schedule is out and it is what it is.

So who would you like to (realistically) play in the future?

I would like a home and home with Pitt.  Games with them were always a battle and Pittsburgh is a fun weekend town to visit.

When we stop talking, really bad stuff happens.

University of Hawai'i home and home. After all they are the Rainbow Warriors.  ;D

Not a bad team either.

As I mentioned in another thread, I think a home / home with Gonzaga would be fun.  It's a bit far to travel and their home stadium is pretty small so it may not be a great fit.  But, two strong Jesuit schools battling it out on the hardwood, what's not to like?

VCU H/H. Obviously, because it is an easy game for me to attend when in Richmond, but also a team that has a history of being good. Even though it was years ago...Shaka playing the team that brought him to national attention would add an interesting angle.

Dayton home and home renewed please.

Can we play UWM 12 times a year?

Billy Hoyle

Notre Dame every year. Rotate it between Milwaukee, South Bend, and the United Center.

Louisville. Series was fantastic from '96 to '13. And the game in Brooklyn in '18 was good, too.
GO WARRIORS!

Too risky. Can't hang with the gods of the A10

Notre Dame and Gonzaga.

I like Billy's idea of rotating the ND game between Milwaukee, South Bend and Chicago.

If a home-and-home with Gonzaga wouldn't work due to the Zags' small arena, we could play them in Seattle one year and in Chicago the next.

Louisville is a good one, too. And maybe Syracuse.

Milwaukee, GB.  Need to appeal to the coaches in Crivitz.

Count me in for the MKE / South Bend / Chicago series with ND. And, good call on playing Gonzaga in Seattle. However, I wouldn't want to give up a home game at Fiserv to do it. Gonzaga's home arena only holds about 5,800 although they call it 6,000. Not our fault they don't have a decent size arena for home games. They don't even have enough tickets for their student body. For each home game, they have to win a lottery for a ticket in the student section. I would do the home and home if it was Seattle / MKE.

GoldenWarrior11

I would love ND annually.  That game has so much historical connection through many eras, and this last series we had seemed to have great fan interest and support from both sides.  Unfortunately, I don't think there is the same level of interest from the domers.  Maybe their next head coach will want to (re)create some interest there by wanting us on the schedule.

Outside of that, we need a series with Louisville.  We spent nearly twenty years together between C-USA and the Big East and had some epic battles.  Both sites would be great atmospheres.

With the way we are scheduling, I think it is only a matter of time before a home/home with another blue blood comes.  Kansas would be fun.  As would Kentucky.  I have a sneaking suspicion Duke will block anything over Wojo's tenure.

The Zags regularly host a big name at the Spokane Arena, which also hosts NCAA tourney games. They host LSU there this season, and over the past few years they've played Baylor, Oklahoma, and Kentucky there.

That said, if they played MU I'd want it to be at the Kennel.
