It's the Wrigley piss fume effect.

Very similar to leaded gas causing violence in the 70s.

But man he's a clown of a human.

The Whit Sox's season is officially a success. 70 wins was unthinkable 5 months ago. Maybe Cleveland will win the Central and the Sox miss the wildcard, but as a Sox fan I am calling 2026 a win regardless of what happens from here on out.

My apologies to Getz. His resume was not GM caliber, but he has done well. I was wrong.

Working in constant urine fumes will make someone be a little off above the neck.

In the history of baseball, only two players have had a five-game run in which they've had 10+ hits, a home run in each game, multiple other extra-base hits, multiple walks and at least one stolen base.

Andrew Fischer with 42 homers now.  I'm very confident that he could roll over ground balls to the 2B in every at bat just as well as Yeli will do come Playoff time.  Might as well throw Fischer in at DH and he can run into 1 or 2 every series.

Can't ground into double plays if you're striking out, either

That too.

The Brewers are 85-51.  I'm no baseball expert, but that's not too bad.

It is possible I overreacted a bit after the Padres series.

Yelich is starting to produce now too.
