TAMU, Knower of Ball

Quote from: TSmith34, Inc. on August 06, 2026, 09:46:14 AMThis is what Kegbreath focuses on. Can't wait for that unnatural carnal knowledgeer to be court martialed and face his war crimes.

If the article is accurate, the US Navy is going to be on the losing end of some religious discrimination cases. Courts really don't like government entities trying to judge "the veracity of religious beliefs." Ironically, under Trump the rules for religious accommodations have shifted much more in favor of employees.

It would be a lot worse with the American Khmer Rouge in charge but you don't talk about that

Went on a Chicago River  architectural cruise today. When we passed a certain tower, there were quite a few boos.

I enjoyed one of those a couple of years ago.   Some wonderful buildings.

Yep. I highly recommend the Chicago River architectural cruise. Not only an opportunity to see some beautiful architecture from the river but also you have docents who share their expertise.

The tariffs on Canadian aluminum have already backfired but did you know Trump's Folly has helped Canada recoup losses by selling more to the EU?

How was the cruise? My wife and I have been planning on it this summer - just haven't gotten to it yet.

Geoffrey Baer who does the wonderful
Videos for WTTW got his break while working as a volunteer docent on one of the Chicago Architecture cruises. He was working as a producer at WTTW when the new chairman of the station happened to take a cruise he was the docent on. This was born the first documentary, Chicago by Boat.
