It's hard to argue with how Russia is run.  Dynamic leadership who takes care of his oligarch friends, runs the media, crushes dissent with an iron fist, doesn't tolerate ethnic minorities and has successfully managed military excursions.

We could learn a lot from them.

European Union and NATO tell America no to helping open the Strait of Hormuz.

Surprised they would take that tact considering the respect we've shown them the last 14 months.  Anyone have any ideas why they'd decide not to help? 

Between that and Russia help Iran, I'm beginning to think our place in the world is in a bad place.  Eh, who cares?  It's just a few pennies here or there.

I was reading over the weekend that Orban may finally be gone in April.  The country hates him so much that even his system rigging doesn't look it will be able to save him.  Everybody from Centrists, Socialists/Communists, etc plan to back only one candidate to oust him in parliamentary elections.  We'll see.

He's an original Board of Peace member!  Very disappointed at this news.  Next thing you know, all Board of Peace members can be voted out of office.  What has this world come to?
