Its a unnatural carnal knowledgeing scam because of these reasons:

Tuition has gone up EXPONENTIALLY. Most of the older generation remember when you could work in the summer and part time in the school year and pay off your tuition. Now you've got to take out a loan that you'll be paying back for decades.

Your degree? Much more worthless then it was 40 years ago. To become a physical therapist in 1980, you went to school for 4 years, got an internship, became a physical therapist. Now its 4 years + 2 years grad + 2 years of internship. Thats an extra 4 years with tons of extra money needed.
