If Hank Raymonds is up there, Crean should be too.

The Caedin 3 footer that went 3 feet over the rim is an indication of a psychological issue. Even with his limitations.

Well for me I was apparently totally wrong about the need for paint feeds for 3, especially for Parham. P just took care of business whe they left him.open from 3. For those saying stop the high hedging -did they not seem to have solved that problem finally? Non hedger rotation was amazing. Had football like interceptions when they tried to exploit.  Just rewatched and was surprised to think CH played ok. Got some steals a couple boards and looked good with the ball of he wasn't trying to score. Was incredibly physical - it was a very physical game and we seemed to be the aggressor- nice change.. Maybe we are really turning a corner. Let's get UCONN.

Cliff Klavin Trivia

My Father In Law played for Hank Raymond's.

Al McGuire introduced me to Tom Crean and His Father In Law Jack Harbaugh.

You have a point.  Take Hank down too....Certainly his head coaching was not stellar.....

Leaving Hank up there does speak to the decades he spent loyal to Marquette....

Crean got lucky on one thing....Wade came to Marquette because no other schools wanted him because of his academic's....(sorry....I am ignoring Southern Illinois)

I guess he didn't have time to get his daughter dressed up in a Marquette cheerleading outfit for the event....

There is so much material....

He had 3 NBA level players on the team and a basketball all time top 20 player and lost by 50....No kidding....Coaching does matter....

Crean is a joke of a coach....And it shows by his career since....

What....He is a fill-in analyst on Peacock????

I don't know, man. I don't think he's a great coach. But he did go to a final four here. And at Indiana I could pretty easily argue that he's been their best coach since Bob Knight. Better than Archie and Woodson for sure. Mike Davis had one miracle run to the title game, which can't be discounted, but Crean significantly outperformed for the rest of their tenures.

He never got it going at Georgia, but nobody ever has besides 2 years of Tubby Smith.

I don't really care if he's up in the rafters. I think it's kind of silly to have him or Hank up there. But he's not a bad basketball coach.

Always surprised people leave out the triplets and breaking into the BEAST like gangsters.. I also personally very much appreciate bringing Buzz in.. But to each their own etc.
