Ughhhhh.  Ya...olympic skiing on a torn acl seems kinda difficult.

I admire the competitor Vonn obviously is, but that couldn't have been much worse of an ending for her and clear now she can't compete at this level anymore.  Hope she's ok and recovers soon and enjoys retirement.

On the other hand, congratulations to her teammate Breezy J on first U.S. gold!  Not favored and had to sit and watch 30 others.  Very cool!

I have had so much admiration for her, determined to return for one more Olympics at the age of 41.  With her injuries, it is a very sad ending to her career.
