As should local authorities. Do Sheriffs handle all eviction with civility?

No.

What point are you trying to make here?

Nice try. Do they murder the people they are evicting? Do they load them onto planes and send them to remote detention centers? Do they take 5-year-old kids and lock them up also?

I'm pretty sure local authorities tell the people they are evicting (after showing them a warrant-what a novel idea!) that if they do not leave, they will forcibly remove them. And then the local authorities head to the nearest donut shop for coffee, and the evicted people are either taken in by an organization-maybe even your parish, who knows?-or move in with friends or family.

And the local sheriff doesn't wear a mask while evicting either.

At no point in our history have we allowed law enforcement to wear masks to conceal their identity while carrying out routine operations. Now we should be allowed to have agents of the federal government do so? Wasn't this what we were warned about years ago?

I just figured out what 69's post was really about. He got evicted uncivilly by the local authorities. Hey 69, you can stay at our house, but you will need to earn your keep and clear brush from the edges of the paddocks. You can use my chain saw.

That's pretty disingenuous. You know why they wear the masks; people were doxxing them and their families and threatening them. Why all the Tsuris about deporting illegals now? Obama deported far larger numbers and crickets. Some of us a comfortable with criminals who are here illegally being sent out of the country. Enough Americans have suffered from theses people who have been adjudicated and ordered for deportations

Why were hundreds of violent, 1/6/21, adjudicated felons pardoned and sent back into society, where dozens of them have committed new crimes - including one "patriot" who threatened to assassinate the House Minority Leader?

"Curious citizens" per Wellsstreet...who happened to bring tactical gear, body armor, zip ties, hockey sticks, bear spray, gas masks, and tools to build a gallows, the stuff all curious citizens routinely travel with.

FWIW, things are quite a bit better in MN. Lots of the restaurants near me are again operating, or operating more normally. Apparently now there's suppose to be nexus re: a crime convicted or charged in order to mess with people.

PS - not really related, but scary situation in parts of Mexico right now.  I have family that lives in areas where people are essentially locking down after the killing of El Mencho. Very concerning.

"The observers proved to be a problem for DHS, as its agents were caught on camera, over and over, striking, gassing, abusing, and murdering civilians. So the government adapted again.

DHS agents began recording the observers and scanning their faces. They then used government databases to identify them. Sometimes they showed up at their homes to threaten them."

<snip>

"The Twin Cities have tens of thousands of residents who cannot leave their homes for fear of being abducted by DHS. These people cannot go to work. They cannot shop for groceries. They cannot go to doctors' appointments. Many of them cannot send their children to school.

Various civic groups have self-organized to help them. Food banks deliver groceries. People donate money to pay rent. Doctors finish their shifts and then make house calls. The governor told us about a group of doulas who make secret home visits to deliver babies to mothers who cannot go to a hospital, because DHS agents view health care facilities as abduction traps.

Think about that: You now live in a country where volunteers deliver babies at home, in secret, off the books, because mothers fear that if they go to the hospital, they will be abducted by masked, armed agents of the state while giving birth."

<snip>

"Many of the people abducted by the government are taken without cause. When the government runs out of excuses to hold them, or is forced to release them by the courts, they send them out the front door of the Whipple Building, often in the dead of night. Alone. No cell phone. No jacket. In the freezing cold and snow.

A civic group called Haven Watch now stands guard at Whipple around the clock so that former prisoners of the regime do not freeze to death after release. While we were at Whipple talking to observers, a mother and two small children emerged from the building. They had nothing with them other than the clothes on their backs. It was about 15 degrees, the day after an unexpected snow. The three small humans haltingly made their way across the ice and slush in the road. Someone from Haven Watch met them and ushered them into a warm car.

I ask you: What do you think would have happened to this woman and her children had the United States government sent them into the cold and snow, far from taxis or transport, with no way of contacting anyone for help?"

The hidden ICE blueprint that should horrify every American
An internal Department of Homeland Security document shows how ICE plans to cram thousands of detained human beings inside a Georgia warehouse.

"Close to two-thirds of the massive, rectangular floor plan is divided into 80 squares separated by narrow corridors, each box with dozens of strike marks. The thousands of marks presumably represent bunk beds but what they truly signify is human beings.

Based on the most recent statistics, as many as 70% of these arrested and handcuffed immigrants will have committed no crime after entering the United States — day laborers, restaurant workers or Uber drivers now crammed into a prison camp unlike anything seen on U.S. soil since World War II's immoral Japanese internment."

Not surprised. Immigrants are great for the economy, and the ejecting of them already is showing to be bad for the economy. People who for decades have been reliable employees and valued members of their communities are being chased out by the Gestapo.
