You also thought/think a woman was shot after simply dropping her kid off at school and getting trapped in traffic. You also thought/think a male nurse was simply killed after buying a donut and being attacked.

Those things are frankly irrelevant.  If your opinion these people were looking for confrontation then there is a remedy for that that doesn't involve shooting an American citizen in the face. 

If your opinion is the govt knew of some sort of track record that's more problematic (ie a system to determine a threat with street justice).

Frankly maybe you should share the countless videos of the federal govt acting aggressively and escalating.  Just Maybe that's the track record of bad behavior.
