100%. Losses haven't fazed me in weeks haha. Now I only focus on the development of the underclassmen and watching in that regard has been much more enjoyable.

It's just that we were getting layup after layup and at winning time we decided to stop getting layups and start chucking threes.  This team frustrates me so much I can't stand it.

What was interesting and totally poor coaching was bringing in Norman and Hamilton at the same time, luckily he saw that and took both out after a minute.  He must have realized how stupid that was.  Stevens showed tonight, why they need to bring another guard in.  Still wonder how Walker does in practice? Is he the answer next year or a transfer?

Agreed. Enjoyed the game and thought it was a good effort. We've improved the last few weeks but definitely a few players short.

Why does it seem every time we spin with the ball and we lose it?  Chase seems to have 3-4 turnovers every game.  Why doesn't Shaka ever play box in one when someone is torching us?  The players don't seem to have awareness of who or what is happening around them.

Probably doesn't make a difference in the win column, but I want Marquette to get pissed. Enough with this. Get into it with an opponent. Go Rick Mahorn on someone. Heck, where is this teams Theo John?  Get a T. Get double T's!! Unfortunately, we don't have that brash personality on this team.

I thought Royce looked really good for stretches tonight as did Owens.  Too bad the seniors weren't better.

I think that's a good approach. I just need to caution myself against seeing more than is really there. Looking forward and being honest with myself, I see Parham, James, and Stevens as building blocks for a potential middle of the pack BE team. Owens and Phillips show some promise. MU loses its best position defender in Gold next year. Stevens is the only other player that plays decent position defense.

post game radio interview Shaka said he wants DO to be more aggressive on offense...that he passed up some shots. To me that says to DO, ball out man, green light.

DO did pass up some open looks.  And he lost the ball on spin moves that he didn't need, as he had an angle.  Just attack.
