I will throw out a name, Bateman of Iowa St, does not play much and they brought in Grey and Wiggins.  Can shoot.

Warrior of Law

Chase Ross played the worst 2nd half and OT I've ever seen. He was awesome in the first half, too. When that's the play of the senior leader, it makes this W even more impressive.

It's Nigel's team now. He is losing focus

Law,

Chase has been brutal in the 2H of the last 3 games.  And excellent in the 1st half. I don't really get it.

Nigel James is something special.    Not only scoring, but some super passing.    The more he plays the more the game slows down for him.  Remarkable in this game.    Parham was rocking too, and Owens is coming around showing his athleticism.    Go Marquette!

Other than fouling the best free throw shooter in the Big East when the game was in the line instead of guarding him closing to make sure he did not get the ball - the hustle was there.  Liked it.

Yes this is a mystery.   Too much weight on his shoulders?  Who knows.   Needs to calm down and play his game.

.

He's not an iso guy.  Period.  His mindset should be not to force anything off the bounce.

Shaka speaking very highly of Oswin in his postgame presser.

We were his first P5 offer, we need a starting big next year and Kim English is getting fired after this year...

Man would he be fun to add to our current young core.

I'm bummed Clark got no PT but at least Hamilton was in for only a couple. Maybe this win creates some mojo...string two in a row with a road win on Friday!!

Credit to Shaka for the timeout at the end of the first half. We rebounded a miss with 45 seconds left. Called TO, then executed a perfect 2-for-1. Stevens hit the three with 40 seconds left and there was about a 5-6 second difference between game and shot clock guaranteeing we'd get another possession.

Stevens made the steal that got us 8 seconds, then Owens hit another three right before the buzzer (should've been an and-one, Oswin ran him over) to complete the 6-point swing.

The lack of a foul call on that last shot was baffling. Often a brush on the elbow will draw a call on a three, but DO got trucked and no call.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.
