MU has 3 timeouts remaining.  I cannot remember a coach burning a second timeout at the end of a half.

Some have known this forever. The coaching choices this year are maybe worse than the roster construction tbh

By rule, yes but the issue is the 5 year clock. Now, based on his history, it's not by the book easy like Otule to get a Five Year Rule waiver, because we ran our mouth and said last year he didn't play even though he was capable. But, likely in this day and age it would be granted. 2 mas anos.
