Im guessing this might be the smallest crowd in quite a while for an away Depaul game. Shame for them, they probably look forward to the stadium being reasonably full once a year.

Had not been able to make this game in many many years, since well before DePaul's move into Wintrust. But my wife, son, friends and I are going to be there this year.

It's not a commentary on the play of either team. It just fit the schedule/availability of several people who are traveling in from various parts of the country. We're going to the home game vs. Providence as part of our long weekend in the Chicago/Milwaukee area, too.

Might as well go 2-0. We Are Marquette!

if I wasn't visiting mom in Ft Myers this weekend, I'd do it. I'd even tape Viper to my shirt so my Scoop buddies could make their acquaintance. btw, Mom is 91 and gets cranked for MU games. No exaggeration! I'll be more-so keeping her in control...sometimes she'll yell 'good one' and I'm like..mom, that was DeP that just hit that 3, not us...than getting amped about Shaka's crappy player rotations, odd time outs, Hamilton sucking and late game play calling...which will be a refreshing reprieve in this the season of loss. 😆
