If Nigel leaves, its because Shaka left.  Not worried about this at all.

And even if Shaka leaves, the new coach will definitely have a chance to keep him.

High School teams Don't miss these point blank shots.
We can't inbound the ball.
Nobody hustles for 50/50 balls.
Shaka Smart has lost this team.
The time has come for him to leave.
The product he has put on the floor is an abomination and is unwatchable.He doesn't even get upset on the bench.
Other than James the players don't even show emotion on the floor.
Iam Done watching MU basketball for this year. Amen

The only thing worse than this year, would be winning the BE tourney, getting killed in the tournament, and then watching next years team go 15-15 running it back with no portal adds and not enough guys leaving the team.
