At least we got a shot up.
Baby steps.

Johnny B

Does Ross make even 3rd team all big east. What a disappointment

I get that.   Throw in some Jesus and bad jokes...

Zog from Margo

Some poor end of game coaching by Shaka. Phillips hadn't played in a long time. The TO ended up with a bad shot by Ross who wasn't shooting well.

Team is improving and James was sensational. Owens is really far down the depth chart. Transfer candidate?

Norm

Askew off the bench for 13 second half points was the difference.

rccola42

Chase is the poster child of poor development recently. He's the same exact player he was as a freshman.

CountryRoads

We were short handed today and the guys that played gave a good effort.

StillWarriors

Couldn't stop Askew for a long stretch in the second half. Killed us

PointWarrior

Chase "not clutch" Ross with a back board breaking three to end the game.

Viper

That was the shot Shaka wanted? I'd rather have Phillips roll off a screen. Bad stuff!
Better dead, than RED

PointWarrior

While short-handed - we seem to play better without Gold and Hamilton on the floor.

I would rather let James chuck from 10 feet behind the line

Elonsmusk

Brutal..think you have to get ball to James in that situation.  Hard to believe Chase's shot didn't even draw iron.

But, amazing game Nigel..and the team showed a lot of heart.  Sure wish they could have pulled it out.

Moral victory season has officially started.

ATL MU Warrior

I don't know if it was just a random hot shooting day or not, but felt good about that game and how competitive we were.  Wish we could have pulled it out

MUEng92

God forbid you get the ball into the hands of the only guy who could make a shot today

James was absolutely on fire. Can't get too used to that from 3 especially

Mu8891

Terrible ending.  Has Shaka ever drawn something up that works at end of games ??

Wow.  Ross w / an off balance 25 footer  >:(

Big Papi

Groundhog day.  Rinse and repeat.

Phillips had been playing all along.  And, do you want it to be Phillips, Tre, or Damarius in at smallball crunch time?

Unfortunately, he sucks. Big reason that MU is having a historic season. I'd be fine trimming his minutes and letting some growth occur.

And lowery . Addition by subtraction

Small Orange Soda

The frequency of shots that aren't even close to going in is pretty shocking.

being face guarded along the sideline.  No way to get him the ball.

GBPhoenix1993

A different sort of loss than some of the others in that you can at least see some legitimate hope for the future with some of the underclassmen.

By wow. coaching staff has to spend way more time figuring out better plays for the end of games.  What a terrible way to end a pretty good overall performance by the team.
