MU/Creighton Game Thread

Add 5 real transfers next year, hold onto the freshmen, and we'll be a real team next year. And it'll be awesome.

Anything short of adding 3-4 transfers, and kicking 2+ dead weight players off the roster, is suicide. It's that simple. We have the money, the recent success, the proven player development, even Shaka's ability to bring in high-level transfers a couple years ago. But if he refuses, he is lost.

When the two "star" senior players do this the last two games, no way does the team have a chance to win.

That my friends is some terrible basketball.  Shaka must be on to something with Gold, he took him out of starting lineup last game and he played only 14 minutes tonight, equal with Hamilton.

I was watching the BEARS game and was recording it but accidentally saw a Ben Steele tweet about Creighton going on something like a 23-2 run in less than 4 minutes so that erased any chance of me watching it.

I only saw a bit, but there were 2 or 3
times in 2d half where the fools lost their man SO BADLY that Creighton got wide open dunks.  It was grade school bad...

It's a tough business, and I'm a big Shaka guy, but this utter debacle simply cannot happen to a program like MU.  Past success is irrelevant in this case as far as I'm concerned. We're not competitive at all vs the top #150 teams minimum?  Can't happen.

This is the first year with just his guys.  The whole development thing has blown up on Shaka.  This group is getting worse, except Nigel.
