Dayton was arguably the worse loss of the Shaka era - was that the low point?

Yes - it's all rgV from here baby!

Nope - we'll have a worse Q3 L to SH, X or Depaul at home

We'll see how they end up, but for now the Dayton loss is the worst of Shaka's career (and only the 2nd Q3 loss - the other being the rodents at home in 2022 - quite a testament to Shaka in and of itself). But was the the nadir - of the season? Of this "rebuilding" phase of the Shaka era? We have a few "opportunities" to surpass that yet this year and I'm sure will have more cupcakes in 26-27. Is it all uphill from here or have we yet to hit rock bottom?

It's so bad it's Ralph Nadir.

Let's shoot for zenith!  Go Marquette!

I think we will have a bigger challenge in the Big East this year than previous Shaka years.    But. . . There is time to right the ship

Aren't you the guy who said all that he cared about was the tourney and that the regular season was merely preparation for it? If so, enlighten us as to whatever path to the tourney you see. If you do not see one, then why bother to start a thread like this one?

You know there are some paths but they're not very unlikely. Once our route to a at large is officially closed, I probably won't care much until the BET. Taking more Q3 or Q4 losses certainly will take our at large probability to 0 much faster.

If we have worse losses next year, then that dampens our next year at large prospects. Q3 and Q4 losses are super important for where teams stand in March.
