No - I'm poking fun at someone who considers a team who is 3-7 in the last month with no quad 1 or road wins is a bubble team. Cheap shot - yes and I should probably reel it in as BM is an otherwise solid poster.

Yeah, I mean we have improved the second half of the season no doubt, but we have merely gone from "completely incompetant" to "still pretty bad."  Sure there are some bright spots and things to build around, but I don't people realize that this is still a poor team.

Starts with the poor D.  This team should never double team near the half court.  Puts the center in a bad position, dunks happen, or bad rotation leaving a shooter wide open.  This is all on the coaching.  There zone D is just as bad.

I hate to be the negative guy but bad teams have guys who put up monster numbers all the time. To assume we're only two players away, mainly because we're Marquette and we're always competitive is naive.

This team needs a lot of help to get back to our baseline expectation level which is an ncaa tournament team.
