Even though MU no longer fields an alumni team, there are some notables on rosters for the TBT, which gets underway this week.

Luke Fischer, Assembly Ball (Indiana alumni)
Jamil Wilson, Boeheim's Army (Syracuse alumni)
Duane Wilson, Fort Wayne Champs
Symir Torrence, Layne's Hope
Dwight Buycks, Red Rose Thunder
Darryl Morsell, Shell Shock (Maryland alumni)

Nukem2

Summer fun while they continue to follow their BB dreams off shore from USA.

Too bad Shaka chased them away

Canceled after changing name to Ultimate Warriors

I loved watching the TBT with a MU team to root for .. wish someone would start another team.

I don't know. Would mostly be Wojo guys at this point. Would probably be a lot less fun.

It'd be terrible seeing Carlino, Markus, Katin, Rowsey and others in a glorified pick up represent Marquette.  Don't blame them one bit for not forming a team

Winning was fun. Losing would be less fun

We'll never know.  But it's fun to mope thinking about them probably losing

If your argument is that watching them, regardless of success, is more fun than not watching them at all I would probably agree

Ramsey would make all the difference.

Wojo's Warriors could easily make a mill.

Don't forget Ramsey once he is done with his NBA career

Like many here, it was fun watching Marquette's reps in this event. But I'm pretty sure I won't even accidentally watch 1 second of this year's TBT.

TBT was a great distraction when we had teams that couldn't compete for league titles and March glory. But I'll happily sacrifice fun summer runs for meaningful games in March.

It's like the NIT team in 2018. The games themselves were a lot of fun, but playing in the Big Dance is more rewarding.

We're not making the tournament this year so it would have been nice

Core of the team got old realistically. The others dissipated into other teams instead of recruiting wojo era guys.
