Prices more than doubled from two years ago. Love to know what that new Fiserv contract looks like because they're clearly squeezing fans like never before.

I assume they can keep getting away with this as long as the team is competitive? Tickets are still cheap relative to pro sports, and college fans are very loyal. But ...

I'd be curious to know if they cut the badgers a deal for their 2 games there this year.

If people keep paying the prices, can you blame them?

MU is now paying players directly.  This was the biggest "no duh" price increase in ticket pricing history.

Anyone have know when we are going to get the Chicago tickets in our account? Ticketmaster is selling tickets directly so they should have some idea where our seats are.

Well, yeah

BM1090

Are any of the buy games part of a home MTE like we did last year? Or are we forfeiting the extra game this season

MU has the maximum 31 scheduled games. Btw, that goes to 32 in 26-27.

Was also wondering about this....

GoldenEagles03

Just took a look at the full schedule for the first time and see that 3 of our 1st 4 games are on ESPN+. Also have 7 games on Peacock. 2 on TRUtv. A handful on TNT. A handful on FS1.

Dang! That's a lot to take in lol.

Welcome to the new normal.......just glad we don't have to watch any on of them on flo hoops this season.

6 different networks for MU games. That's the life of a sports fan in 2025.

I am not complaining. I can remember just being happy to watch 3 or 4 games each year, now you can see all their games. How many teams have that kind of exposure, especially for the avid fan.

Yeah, I remember when we were lucky to see only 3-4 games, but the vast majority here never had to settle for that. The multiple venues are annoying, but put into perspective, just that-annoying. Not a big deal. And be grateful for no Flo Sports.

I also remember only seeing 3-4 televised games per season.  I also remember watching a 12 inch black and white TV with an antenna.

Don Kojis never watched any games

I watched the 3-4 games on color TV with a decent size screen. You win the "poor, pitiful me" contest Tower.

Remember seeing Gail Goodrich and Bill Bradley in (different) NCAA games in the mid-1960s in glorious black and white. And the Texas Western and Loyola NCAA runs in the 60s.   Also, the Elvin Hayes vs. Lew Alcindor game in the Astrodome.  Also, Rick Mount with his overtime  dagger to MU in the NCAAs in the later 60s. More memorable games, which were far and few between and mostly NCAA Final 4s in the 60s. The feeds weren't so great in those days as well leaving a rather fuzzy picture even with a good antenna setup.

tower912

Couldn't pick up channel 12 in the dorms even though the studio was yards away.

You just HAD to include Rick Mount's dagger in your list, didn't you?  ;D  I was there. The bus ride back to Milwaukee was very quiet.

I was going to ask Tower for his home address so that I could send him the prize for best post on this subject to him, but I'm going to award it to you instead. It's an old set of rabbit ears antennas with some of the original aluminum foil still attached. DM me your address and the prize will arrive at your doorstep.

I remember being up in our attic as siblings set up in line to pass on messages telling me when my turning the antenna around gave the best picture.  ;D  Good 'ole days my ass!
