Quote from: Mr. Nielsen on September 12, 2025, 05:28:57 AMI'm hearing National Marquette Day is Feb. 7 and I have been told it won't start any later than 4 p.m. CT.

The times and networks might be out by next week. That would be a surprise to me. Last year, it was 10/2.

That's disappointing. Only 6 out of 17 home games are on Saturday/Sunday. Of the 5 Saturday games, 3 (11/15, 11/22, and 3/7) are on days when the Bucks play at 7pm and will therefore be early games. If 2/7 NMD is also an early game, that leaves a maximum of one Saturday night game: 1/10 vs Villanova.

Not awkward, awesome. I'm sure it will mean a lot to Jerel to have Buzz there. And if TC can join, even better.

Well you accept the media money, you also accept that you don't have control over your schedule.

It's an odd "grouping" of home games:

11/03-11/22  20 days  6 home games
11/23-01/06  45 days  3 home games
01/07-01/27  21 days  4 home games
01/28-02/28  32 days  2 home games
03/01-03/07   7 days  2 home games

Not into reading six pages of posts so apologize  if already mentioned, but GoMarquette.com MBB schedule has history between MU and rival school.

Great addition.

Providence on MLK Day, I'm guessing might be a day game.

Not sure how accurate it is... I clicked in and reviewed some history with other programs over the years.

They didn't list '74 National Championship game vs. NC State in the series history. Also omitted are '77 Final 4 game vs UNC Charlotte and  '77 National  Championship game vs UNC.

Yes, but with two new tv partners, anything is possible.

Bucks Day games on MLK are some of the best networking events I have attended.

MU games are solid too, I love them.  Talk a little work, have a beer, enjoy the afternoon.

Any idea when tip times are announced? Feels like Mr. Nielsen would have this info.

I was told it was going to be last week, which I didn't believe. Times don't come out one week after the schedule is released.

FOX put times out for the rest of its Fridays college football games for the rest of the season. That would lead to believe college basketball times and networks schedule will be out anytime now. Last year it was 10/2 when the Big East released networks and times.
