These teams are beating the heck out of each other and there have been four TOTAL fouls called in the first half.

If this was a BE game one team would be in the double bonus by the under 12 timeout of the second half and the other would be at about 8 fouls.

I agree with this analysis

Florida 4-14 from 3 with 8 turnovers.  Houston's defense and physicality giving them issues. Typically much better than that.

Houston second chance opportunities the difference so far.

They are equally aggressive and being equally rewarded.  Now, if this were a Big East game, the officiating would change completely in the second half and both team would be in the bonus bu the under 12 media timeout.  Unless it was at MSG.

And MU would be getting hosed.

Florida should feel fortunate to be down only three. Zero points from Clayton, 9 turnovers, Houston's offensive rebounding. Houston should be up double digits

2-14 from 3 will do that

5 fouls for Florida in under 3 mins.

MuggsyB

Florida seemingly has no answers.  They keep running a high screen for some reason.

tower912

A team keeps running their offense?!?!?!?

Is this just a coaching clinic?

They need to make an adjustment.

Houston just blowing up all of Florida's ball screens action.......just so much length and athleticism.

wadesworld

Got a text from one of my brothers. "Walter Clayton looks like bucks dame instead of blazers dame tonight." Pretty much sums it up.

MuggsyB

2 ft's could get Clayton going.

tower912

Houston shooting free throws with 14 minutes to go.  So familiar, somehow.

Sure are a lot of fouls called in this half.

wadesworld

4 total fouls in the first half. 13 fouls in the first 6 and a half minutes in the second half. College reffing is so bad.

Big swing.  Florida is exceedingly dangerous in transition.

It's a problem for sure.
