I think it will be a 7 because the committee has to throw the big east a bone.

The conference which won the last 2 championships and 4 of the last 8, is not going to get 3 8/9's.

Big 10 had 3 8/9 seeds last year...........this idea that one conference shouldn't get 3 8/9s because of previous seasons is not supported by history.
