Talked in a recent thread about how even though I dislike Kalkbrenner, I have to admit that he affects games with his presence. Well, Stevie had one of those games today. His fingerprints were all over most of what we did in the second half. Just a total defensive wizard.

But it's hard to go against the guy who scored 28, kept us in the game when a runaway was threatened, hit the 3 to put us ahead for the first time since the opening minutes, did a great job finding teammates with his passes, and was just an incredible leader.

That he obviously goes back and reads Scoop game threads ... that's the clincher!

Tough to not pick Kam....but Jop's three and huge block put an exclamation point on us having the lead for good!  When Jop plays like that, we are a tough out for anyone.

Kam, Jop, Stevie, Chase, Zaide, and Royce all had great games.  A true team win.

Kam.  But Jop annd Stevie were incredible.  Damn, Jop has put it together the last couple games. The last truly bad play was an end line to end line step out of bounds play for no reason. Other than that he has played like and All-American. Good for the seniors.

Agree. Love She it's unrelenting fight to win; KAM played like an All American; Joplin played solid basketball. And Chase and Ben played hard to win. Gotta love this team.
