This thread title is a Muggsy post from the DePaul game thread on 2/11. With the limited amount of time to salvage the season, now is the time for Muggsy to make this happen so we can win a natty. No more posting behind the safety of a keyboard.

Go to Milwaukee in person and tell Shaka and the team face-to-face that they deserved to lose the SJU game, and bring the right scoopers with you to address other subjects such as the only important thing is winning, that they need to improve their 3-point shooting, and that they need to attack attack attack. Bring a stepstool so you can look them in their eyes as you address them. Afterwards, perhaps you could treat them to expertly prepared Kona Peaberry coffee.

I suggest that the contingent wear identical Marquette gear clearly identifying them as the official Scoop contingent. The shirts should be designed with an image reflecting wisdom. If you have an idea to offer for the image, please do so.

Also, suggestions for the members of the contingent would be appreciated. Jimmy Butler and Willie come to mind, but I know there are others worthy of being included. Who would be the best ones to address the elephant in the room-the portal?

Speaking of Al. Really cool moment on Saturday when they played the small tribute to him for Al's Day and then showed his son, who was in attendance, on the big screen. He was pretty emotional about the moment. Very cool, very very cool.

This is a great idea, Snoop.

After Saturday's game, something clearly has to be done. Our players were lazy and lackadaisical, and it was obvious by those missed free throws that they didn't even care.

If only they had wanted it as much as Scoopers did, they'd have won 142-8.

So we need a panel of Scoopers to face the team and, in unison, scream into the faces of the players and coaches: "You gotta try harder!"

I was hoping for a little more help from scoop regarding suggestions for members of the contingent, points to be addressed (thanks for mentioning the inexcusable, unacceptable FT shooting), and creative input for the official Scoop Contingent's shirt design.
