Quote from: MU82 on Today at 12:14:35 PMI'm anticipating a Seahawks-Broncos Super Bowl.

Stidham, who has had an entire week to prepare under Payton's tutelage, will do fine. Moreover, the sack-happy Broncos' superior defense will make life very difficult for the Patriots, who already have had trouble protecting Maye all postseason. The Broncos also have one of the better home-field advantages in the league.

The Seahawks are at home, they are better all-around (top 3 on defense, offense and special teams), and they are more well-rested than the Rams. Stafford won't face the same weather he did in Chicago, but it's still gonna be 40-ish and getting colder as the game progresses, not exactly L.A. weather.

All of which means y'all should be betting on the Pats and Rams!

I disagree on the winners, but I agree Stidham will be solid to good. He's got a good deep ball. Should be able to stretch the field if he's given some time.

I may be proven wrong here, but I have a hard time seeing a defense that owned Justin Herbert and CJ Stroud the past two weeks is going to be vexed by Jarrett Stidham.

I certainly didn't say that. I said he'd be "fine" but that it would be Denver's defense that wins the game.

I know that Seattle and the Rams both have very good defenses also, but I'm perplexed on how the O/U for the AFC game is only two points lower than the NFC game.

Quote from: PointWarrior on Today at 12:41:16 PMOh, the irony of the Seahawks facing a QB2 in the Superbowl...

That would be great because it means the Seahawks will have earned a Super Bowl berth.

Denver really couldn't afford to drop that interception.

Patriots defense looks pretty awful so Broncos have a great chance in this one. Their secondary makes the Packers look good!
