The only way the team gets better is to get rid of the top because they refuse to make the people below them better. Not a single point in that game was it ever over because it's a weak minded team led by a weak minded coach.

I'm shocked the Bears won. I'll say it again, the coach has made a huge difference.

Caleb is good and getting better,  but the HC is top tier.
