Finally got the formation I have been waiting for for two years. Montgomery and Gibbs in the wildcat.

The Giants' win locks the Raiders in with the #1 overall pick.
Last time they had the first pick, they chose JaMarcus Russell over Calvin Johnson, Joe Thomas and Adrian Peterson. So, at least the bar is pretty low.

Still a long way to the draft, but I imagine Tom Brady will be a fan of fellow football dork Fernando Mendoza.

All will be better next week (if, big if right now) they go to Chicago and put up 40+ on the Bears.

I have little confidence in an offense that can no longer score in the red zone and a defense that can't contain a QB or tackle a RB.

I don't understand the Eagles - wouldn't you rather face the Packers vs Rams or 49's? Why play your subs when a win might get you the 2nd seed?

Why is everyone ducking the Packers

they're scared of the packers unleashing the fury of rashan gary, who's been resting the last 10 weeks.

Packers are going to show some unscouted looks (Rashan exerting effort)

I truly don't understand the Eagles strategy today. Even if you don't care about who you play in round 1, you can guarantee a 2nd home game by trying.

Packers will be favorites in Chicago.

Wasn't big on the Loveland, burden or monongai picks. But they've had solid first years

Bears D is terrible, if no turnovers.

So is Packer's without Micah Parsons.

It was puzzling today.  I don't follow the Bears that closely, but after the previous 3 teams showed that the way to stymied Detroit was lots of blitzing, including run blitzing off the weak side, I expected Chicago to follow suit.  Do they just not blitz and rely on turnovers?

Blitzing has killed them all year.

Is Mike Tomlin daring the Rooneys to fire him?

That was an atrocious play call and decision.

Matt LaFleur is probably wondering how his playbook got hacked into.

Ridiculous. It's not Duo right up the A gap.

no
But it was a play call that zero chance of succeeding.

Loveland I was optimistic on cause of how Johnson used TEs, but I could see why people were skeptical.  But I was stoked as I could be about Burden and was ready for him to go off all year.  He's got so much talent and raw ability if he stays healthy.  I'm honestly higher on him than Odunze (and I don't dislike Odunze in the least).
