Just like the Chiefs, Bears evaluating a move to safer jurisdictions (not Arlington - too many dentists)

Quote from: MU82 on Today at 01:57:20 PMKinda lost in the GB-Chi result: Malik Willis played great.

That was not an easy situation, and he performed above and beyond what I think most would have expected. His pass to Doubs was a thing of beauty, he made great decisions and accurate passes, and his running ability flummoxed the Bears.

Had Doubs recovered that onside kick, Willis would have been one of the stars of the weekend.

He looked like a starter-level NFL quarterback.

Yep. He's excelled whenever given the chance. Will miss him but he's earned the shot to start somewhere. By all accounts he's a great dude too.

It's easy to forget that he was really highly thought of as a prospect, lot of people had him as a first round grade, that fell cause of accuracy concerns.  But he was a stud in college and a higher character dude.  Then ended up in a messy situation in Tennessee, where they already had $100MM+ QB in addition to front office dysfunction. He was a steal for a 7th.

He was also in a perfect situation where he's a much more mobile QB than Love, so it was an element that the Bears hadn't game planned for. He's been amazing seizing the moment every time he gets the chance in GB.  Major props to him

Good lord! $3 billion in Kansas??? Does it come with its own airport and a Nvidia manufacturing plant?

Nothing more American than cities/states bidding against each other to the benefit of politicians and the already wealthy!

To be honest, having the Lions lose in a way no one has ever seen before kind of feels like order has been restored.

I'm willing to bet that at some point the citizens of Kansas will regret this.

Here in Colorado, where the Broncos are worshipped, there was some hard feelings about the sales tax for the new Mike High. The new owners are privately financing the brand new stadium.
