He makes a big play here and there. He's not a go to guy like Nelson or Adams when you just need a play made.

It hurt with him out, but offense should have been able to move the ball still.  They were totally inept.

Although this was a team effort collapse. Lots of blame to go around

Quote from: tower912 on December 14, 2025, 06:53:26 PMRams looked good.  Exploited the weaknesses on the Detroit O-line and torched what is left of their secondary.  Stafford to Canton.

I obviously was rooting for the Lions.

Injuries are such a damn big factor in the NFL.

I feel for you guys, losing Tom/Parsons/Watson in the same game is pretty remarkable (especially on a grass surface).

Any Bears fan celebrating this is an idiot.

Packer fans think all Bears fans are idiots.

Clueless.

This is a bad day for me to realize the Arby's by my house just closed.

Schefter is saying torn ACL for Parsons. Absolute worse case scenario game for the Packers today. Season effectively over.

Totally devastating.  Hope the MRI says otherwise.  What's suspected doesn't always turn out right.

A really awful day for the Packers though.  Even if it's not torn, he still might be done for this season.

Need a lot of luck to win a Super Bowl. Doesn't look like the Packers have it this year

Quote from: WhiteTrash on December 14, 2025, 04:38:32 PMDefinitly a questionable pass, but Caleb has the NFL record of fewest interceptions in first 1,000 pass attempts.  ;D

On the other hand, Payton Manning threw 28 in his rookie year. So I don't think a banner is appropriate for Williams.

Peyton should be benched

Bears? They have the highest number of games missed due to injuries this year.

The same Carolina team that the Rams and Packers couldn't beat has lost twice to the mighty Saints.

Kudos to Caleb. Only one starting QB in the last 10 years has had 6 straight games under 60% completion rate (Caleb).

Today he broke the streak. He completed a nifty 60.7%

Spencer Rattler, Justin Fields, Geno Smith and Michael Penix all have higher completion percentages.
That particular stat isn't everything.

Not even worried about Parsons being done for the year. He's young and modern medicine is crazy, so I would think he'll be fine, but a human that is that explosive while being that size? There's a non-zero chance he's not as dominant as he was prior to today.

Quote from: HutchwasClutch on December 14, 2025, 06:45:20 PMWow, Jordan, you're not making anyone forget Rodgers. Feeble effort.  Couldn't move the offense at all.

26 points on the road against the best defense in the NFL.

And Watson is awesome. He's incredibly important to this team. He's been a top 10 and maybe top 5 WR since his return.

Top 5 on the Packers?

Packers season definitely far from "over". They'll definitely have a nobody believes in us mentality moving forward and they have two division opponents (that they've already played) remaining on the schedule.

From a Bears perspective, I'm glad the Packers game is on Saturday as opposed to Sunday. If a team has to regroup, fly back from playing in altitude with three starters missing, you'll take the presumptive advantage of playing on a short week at home.

There's plenty of stuff the Bears need to fix from their loss in Lambeau and Jordan Love can still carve the Bears up on Saturday night (without Watson).

And he's hurt...again.  On another mundane looking play by NFL standards certainly.  Yes, he makes explosive plays at times.  And then disappears.  He has 5 games over 100 yards in 4 seasons.  His high catch total in a game is 7.  His high in a season for yards is barely over 600.

He's a better version of Valdez-Scantling.  He's well off Nelson, Adams, Jennings, Cobb, etc. that have been through Green Bay.  Just not a big fan.  If they had a true no 1 receiver and if he could absorb contact without injury and stay on the field, I'd like him much better.
