Quote from: wadesworld on Today at 09:42:08 PMI have been at the conclusion that Love isn't it for a while. He has absolutely zero situational awareness whatsoever. I can't remember a QB that was worse in the last 4 minutes of halves as Love is. On the play before his first half fumble he had plenty of time to get rid of the ball. Instead he ends up hurting his center, and then on the very next play is about to take another sack to get out of field goal range and tries desperately to throw a football like he's shooting a basketball and fumbled away a scoring opportunity. The throw directly to a CB in the Browns game up 10 with 5 minutes to go. The late in the first half of the Cowboys game when you're already leading. Then he got very lucky the last second didn't tick off to lose in OT in Dallas. Just absolutely no situational awareness at all.

And this is why you don't have a lame duck GM who staked his career to a QB he traded up for in the first round to get. He makes an all in trade despite not having a contending roster and now you don't have a first round pick for the next 2 years.

His coach has the coaching instinct of Elon Musk parenting his children

And without fail, Savion Williams needs a gimmicky touch

MuggsyB

Packers fans don't sound happy with those dink passes.

GB Warrior

The run has been established

CreightonWarrior

Tyler Steen 56 gets to false start like every other play.

MuggsyB

That hurt.  No pun intended.

WhiteTrash

GB had a nice trip.

I actually think they need to take the handcuffs off of Love. In games like this they limit him when they constantly leave him in 3rd and long situations.

Correct take. Hire Luke Fickell to install the air raid

BM1090

Yeah I think Love is the least of their problems. He's not Rodgers. He's good though.

I don't think MLF trusts him.

Matt is an excellent judge of football talent as noted by the 7 pts they've scored

forgetful

If MLF called that pass play on 2nd down there, I would have lost my mind.

GB Warrior

Establish the run when they least expect it

CreightonWarrior

Oops MLF hit the wrong button on his controller and accidentally called a play action pass.

Some things are not Love's fault.

Jacobs doesn't run to the right position. Dropped pass.

Then called a run on 4th and 1.

cheebs09

Run established.

The Sultan

Yeah, there is no way I blame this on Love. The fumble was bad. But he was hamstrung by getting put into bad situations and drops all night long.

Could not be more done with Lafluer

CreightonWarrior

Absolutely speechless. I'd say he has to give up play calling duties but there 0 chance he'll ever do that.

WhiteTrash

The Packers have fired MLF.

;)

cheebs09

It seems when they get him some quick passes early, he can carve up teams. It just seems they love to run it and/or have deep dropbacks.

Jockey

MLF is getting worse every game. Keeps Love under wraps for 3 1/2 quarters and then with the game on the line, takes it out of his hands again.

MuggsyB

I'm no expert, but I didn't like the play call on 4th down.

GB Warrior

Trump won't get a stadium named after him but I'd give naming rights for whatever the fck that was
