For all the up and downs this year, even more credit to Caleb Williams on that final drive considering he was bum rushed from the minute he had the ball in his hand.  Though Santos probably would have shanked it into the river, Williams still had them inside a 50 yd FG range even if Loveland didn't break free.

That playcall is firable and lucky that wasn't taken for 6 the other way.

While I agree. Two additional things. 1. There was a blatant defensive hold at the back of the end zone right in front of the ref (when WR cut back across the field). Should have been 1st and goal. 2. You have to think MLF didn't trust McManus. He barely made the extra point a bit later.
