Jordan Love flipped it to Rookie difficulty.

Jockey

Obviously we all expected this 2nd half.

CreightonWarrior

Jordon picked a fun night for one of the best games of his career.

The Sultan

Wasn't expecting that. Solid gut check half.

Over the course of the year, there will be 3 or 4 games when it is totally up to Love to win the game. Tonight was one and he definitely stood tall.

Packers are the only NFC north team with a winning record against Aaron Rodgers.

Nice win for Love and the Pack. Kraft was a hell of a find - best TE I've seen this season.

The Steelers aren't very good. Rodgers can only win so many games throwing 2-yard passes up and down the field.

And not that it mattered really, but how in the world could 8 officials miss that one offside call?

Rodgers looked like he did toward the end of his Packers' tenure. Gets skittish around pressure to the point where he's seeing ghosts at times. Also pre determines too many of his throws.

In other completely unsurprising news, talking to one of my buddies about how the Browns have absolutely no clue what they are doing.

Dillon Gabriel has show nothing.  Under 60% completion percentage despite under 5 YPA, has 2 TD in the last 3 weeks (1 of which was garbage time yesterday), and offers nothing with his legs.  Browns aren't playing for a playoff spot and Gabriel is 25 and not some young first round pick prospect like Maye/Williams/Dart, no sense in trying to bring him along slowly.  Why not try and see what he can do turned loose a bit?

Despite this, Stefanski comes out today and says he has no plans to try out Sanders.  Of course its not solely Gabriel's fault, but what the hell are you doing?  If Stefanski is getting fired, then what do you have to lose seeing if Sanders is more dynamic and you can win some games/show some proficiency with a young QB to audition for your next job.  If Haslem/Berry are bringing him back, then again, might as well see what Sanders can do so you can figure out if either of them have the stuff to be a starter next year or do you have to find a veteran to bring in for a year or two.  Again, no playoff race to worry about and protect, might as well be proactive.

But that's clearly asking too much for the Browns. Honestly, Andrew Berry still having a job is absolutely remarkable. From giving up on Baker, to the Watson trade, to whatever the hell this draft was.  Inherited a great young QB, 2 dynamic RBs, other weapons and a good OL.  Basically all the talent from that team is gone aside from Garrett, Denzel Ward, and Njoku and the OL suddenly turned into a bunch of chumps.  While its early and Judkins/Mason Graham look pretty good, there isn't a single promising young player on the roster from the 22/23/24 drafts.  Not only did they trade all the high picks for Watson, they whiffed on all the remaining picks too.
