There's such a ceiling with him as a head coach.  I'm not certain how anyone can have faith in him to take a team to another level.  Lots of excuses have been made for him but at some point, guy is what he is.  Solid head coach and maybe he gets a McCarthy title but I'll believe it when I see it.

I was a decent athlete but couldn't kick a 35 yrd FG with no one charging me.
