Throwing back to a crappy era doesn't make any sense to me. Yeah I guess they got to the ECF with the big three with these colors, but to me that's just is reminicent of the Kohl-era awfulness.

Remember the first thing that guy did...outside of saving the franchise of course...was replacing the red with lime green on the jerseys.  SMH.

Beat me to these beautiful jerseys.

Quote from: The Lens on December 05, 2024, 07:51:18 AMYeah, I typed too fast, did not like the direction the Bucks and especially the Brewers went in the 90s and I was 16 in 1991 so you'd think I was a core target.

90's logos and uniforms had some winners.  Thought the Mariners and Astros in MLB were good upgrades and cleaner.  White Sox move back to classics was a winner,
Phillies, too.

Can't think of an NFL change that wasn't a garish, too much color change.  Definitely bought into the "extreme" 90's. Not defending the creamsicle Buccs jerseys but don't think the current combo is any good.

Bucks 90's look was terrible.  Didn't like the Hawks changes, Nets 90's look sucked.  Wasn't a huge fan of the Jazz change or Rockets look or the Pistons.  NBA had a lot of trash changes in the 90's

There are hits and misses in any decade. T-Wolves, Grizzles, Raptors, and Magic of the 90's were great. Nets and Cavs were particularly atrocious.

The Bucks went from some of the best uniforms in the NBA, with an iconic logo...to just a trashy purple thing when everyone was adapting purple as a color...to one of the best new logos in the game.

There is no coincidence the won championships with the original and the latest. The basketball gods were happy.

Ive always been obsessed with the original Bucks logo.  I have 3 pieces of Bucks gear...and all are "retro" vibed with that logo.  Its just so good.

That being said, the purple huge Buck jersey is legendary and awesome and I have a large kids Ray Allen 34 that I saved for my kids to wear eventually.

This might be a minority view -- since it hasn't been mentioned yet -- but I really like the Texans logo and several of their uniform sets.

The Texans one is good... but that might be because that's the only one they've ever had.

Herbie didn't know chit about fashion. Ever see him in anything other than that 40 year old sky blue sport coat or his beaten up Bucks cap, hey?

Their red uni's in particular I love, with the blue helmet and white pants 👌

I am 100% engaging in nostalgia.

Given they are the ancestor of the Oilers, who had an incredible logo and jerseys, it seems only fitting.
