Prisoners freed from Russia
« on: August 01, 2024, 02:22:18 PM »
Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and businessman Paul Whelan were among Americans freed thanks to a prisoner exchange between the U.S. and Russia, with other nations also getting involved.

My favorite part of this story is that he had to write a letter to Putin requesting clemency. Which he did, in Russian, and also asked Putin for an interview.

My favorite part is when Trump lied about giving up "NOTHING" when he secured the release of prisoners abroad. Or maybe he simply forgot?

So maybe neither one of them has the mental capacity to be President right now. (BTW, one of the four released yesterday was arrested in Russia when Trump was in office.)

Better yet, perhaps you should stop introducing politics into every topic.

Who was in office when Paul Whelan was arrested in Russia?

Your favorite part is when President Biden tells the truth while Dementia Don is either lying for the 39,845th time or is too mentally incompetent to remember the truth? Huh.

Sounds like something a Marquette College of Journalism grad would do!
