This will be a non issue for the schools, because they will sell their revenue generating sports to private equity, thus creating for profit companies managed by business professionals placed by private equity vs a bunch of non profit types.  Private equity will run these companies like a business and likely see profits soar (new on campus arenas, more TV/streaming revenue, with suites, more merch etc.) benefitting, schools, athletes, fans and the government

Anyone know how this effects organizations like NAIA and other alternate college sports orgs? Is NIL and all the headaches thereof not an issue with those low dollar schools with different charters and student athlete expectations?
