The Other Team Had Better Players. We didn’t have the talent to compete at this stage of the tournament .

I love our guys and they were very fun to watch over the of the last two years .

Are unnatural carnal knowledgeint nuts????  Marquette had a historically bad shooting night.  NC state sucks

I know I’m in the minority, but I will have fonder memories of last year’s team.

agree, they put up regular season hardware....this year seemed so in on march and lets just say the performance was very underwhelming

Really think we could play that game 100 times and we’d win >85 of them

Agree.  But this team, unfortunately, disappeared in big games: at Wisconsin, at UCONN, Big East Championship, N.C. State. . .   as in complete and total lack of offense.  Sadly, that is how I will remember the season, a very good but flawed team.

not sure i can bring myself to watch another game this tournament

I don’t think I’ll be watching any of the games this weekend. I will check scores but my heart isn’t in watching other teams play at this point.

I’ll also have to go on a blackout of any national news or sports shows because every mention of “Cinderella” NC State will make me want to puke.

12.9 percent from the 3pt line.   The B team could’ve shot over 20.

Another epic, embarrassing MU collapse/choke in the tournament.

2003 FF lose by 30+
2013 E8 score 39 points as a 3 seed
2017 20 pt loss in the first round
2018 19 pt loss as a 5 seed in the first round
2022 32 pt loss in the first round
2023 can’t get past the first weekend as a 2 seed
2024 get manhandled by an 11 seed in the S16, led for 2 minutes

Pathetic.

It's weird because Kam had four (4) decent looks to start the second half and missed all four (4) shots.  I don't think N.C. State played great defense; it was sort of a paranormal experience.

No 3 point shot by Stevie is really a good shot (particularly in a big spot), but other than that, all but a couple of our threes were great looks, in rhythm.  We just did not make them.

It just sucks.  And you can say "we had a bad shooting game," which is certainly true, but personally, I think it goes well beyond that.

What I did not understand was why we looked so tight and really could never string together consecutive buckets like we have all year.  It was reminiscent of the Butler game.   You have to attack inside more when the ball isn't falling.  Beyond that, you could see the frustration on our guys' faces essentially all game.  There was never a moment (at least one I can remember) where I saw that fire to find a way to overcome the missed shots early.  I am absolutely devastated and feel awful for the entire team, Shaka, and the tremendous MU fans.

I agree we looked tight in all three games.  Don't know if we actually were, but we did look it, other than Kolek and Kam.

Herman, with all due respect this is ludicrous.
