Wilting at the line.

Since halftime, Purdue has missed more FTs than it had made.

Luckily for NW, they’re only playing Purdue on the road and not Chicago State at home!

If Purdue can win in Madison this weekend…and we take care of biz in DC, should be back to top 5 for us come Monday

NW got screwed on the previous play.  Was offensive foul on Purdue.

Purdue outshot Northwestern 42-8 on freethrows. That is criminally bad. Purdue is not winning in Madison this weekend.

It's very important for Nebraska and Purdue to beat Wisky.

Northwestern was absolutely screwed tonight. There's no good explanation for that free throw disparity, and Collins was right to be livid at the refs.

It will be interesting to see how the next game is called. Wisconsin always gets crazy home cooking. Edey gets the reverse Theo John treatment: he is usually allowed to throw opponents around with impunity, but breathing on him sends him to the line. Which side will the refs choose in Madison?

I didn't see most of the game but I have to agree about that FT disparity.  If Wisky gets  crazy home cooking Purdue will have some probs for sure.  That team doesn't have much depth.
