At the Champions Classic, and eye test wise, I think MU matches up very well with a potential game against the Jayhawks. KU is going to have problems guarding Kam and Kolek (obviously most teams will). Oso can matchup well with Dickinson.

Kentucky is blasting KU as I type this.

As someone said in another thread, it would be great if Gonzaga could get into the top 10 for next week. I’m not sure there has ever been five top 10 teams in an in-season tournament.

There never have been 3 top-10 teams in an MTE before. This is by far the best MTE field in NCAA history. It's not even close.

There's a chance but MU has to hit the open looks at a much higher clip than they did tonight. I can envision a matching where Dickinson registers approximately eleventy billion offensive rebounds

I take it back, Dish, I think you are right. A disciplined but handsy MU team could take Kansas

Surprised how reckless KU has been with the ball. They’re playing like they all just met (which isn’t necessarily false). I really think MU’s cohesiveness will be a huge benefit.

That's once I've definitely had circled since the schedule came out. Purdue is the team that most worries me in Maui, and after them I think Tennessee looks better than Kansas so far. Still hoping the Jayhawks pull it off tonight.

If we match up with Kansas Dickinson is a problem.  Let me see what I can come up with by next week.  :)

That was a swing. Kentucky has also airballed at least 3 threes in that time.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

When McCullar & Dickinson both came out, I said out loud “this lineup won’t last two possessions”, and sure enough, Kentucky took advantage.

Kansas doesn't seem to have great shooters.

Except for Harris.

I’ve met Self multiple times, he’s extremely personable and unselfish with his time.

Self is as sleazy as it gets and is at the perfect school for that.

KU working hard to keep that #1- will be more satisfying to beat them that way

There's a real chance all four 1-seeds will be in Hawaii next week.
